The return policy

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery if the bottle is unopened and its original seal is intact. Email [email protected] with your order number before sending it back so we can provide return instructions. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover return postage for a defective item, an item that arrives damaged, or an incorrect item sent because of our error. The unopened condition and voluntary 30-day period do not limit claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrect goods or other rights provided by law.

For a change-of-mind return, we refund the price paid for the returned product and the applicable tax. The original delivery charge is not refunded, except where required by law. For an item that is defective, arrives damaged or is incorrect because of our error, we also refund the original delivery charge owed for that item and cover return postage. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will tell you when a refund has been issued. Any refund required by law will be made within the applicable legal deadline.
