When you contact us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send medical records, sensitive health details, full payment card numbers or identity documents by email.
When purchases are available, the store collects contact details, billing and delivery addresses, ordered products, quantities, currency, order and payment references, and messages needed to handle the purchase, delivery, returns or disputes.
If you create an account, we also store a username, a password hash, details you save to your account and associated order activity. Guest checkout is also available when ordering is open.

When Amazon fulfills an order, we provide the delivery recipient’s name, address, contact details needed for delivery, order references and the products and quantities to ship. Amazon and delivery carriers use this information to fulfill and support the shipment. Amazon also uses inventory and order information to plan and improve its fulfillment services. Amazon fulfillment is not currently enabled for this store.
We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Cookies and browser choices
Cookies and similar storage support the shopping cart, language and currency preferences, sign-in where available, and security. Payment services can also process device information and use cookies.
We use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, fraud and abuse. It processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device information and interactions, and can set the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie.
